Payment

For paying your order you can choose any payment method for your shopping basket set in our web store.

Confirmation of order and payment

After your successful order we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail, so please make sure that you provide your e-mail address when making your order. In the order confirmation we also confirm your method of payment. In case, due to an unexpected circumstance, we cannot accept your order, we’ll inform you promptly.

Delivery

We will deliver your order via the delivery method set in our web store and chosen by you when ordering.

Delivery time

Our typical delivery times are: Finland 2-5 working days, European Union 3-10 working days. Kepardi Company reserves the right to change delivery terms at any time. If you are in a hurry with your order, please contact hello [at] kepardicompany.fi. Orders are shipped via Finnish Posti.

Kepardi Company informs the client if there is any delay in sending the package after receiving the order.

Delivery times and delivery costs may vary for custom-made products.

Delivery cost

Delivery costs depend on the destination country and the method of delivery used. The amount of the delivery (postage & packaging) expenses will be added automatically to the total amount of your order and you can see the amount of the delivery expenses in your shopping basket before you place your order.

Delivery costs are 5,90€ in Finland and 15€ in the EU. For shipping requests outside the EU please contact hello [at] kepardicompany.fi  

Please note that you bear the risk of damage or loss of the products you have ordered when the product has been delivered you.

Kepardi Company reserves the right to change delivery terms at any time. 

Methods of Payment / Payment Service Provider

The customer may pay his/her orders by using the methods of payment defined in the web shop. Kepardi Company reserves the right to exclude certain methods of payment at certain times, or propose to change the method of payment of a specific order, if the method chosen by the customer does not function for some reason. 

The payment services offered in the web shop are provided by PayPal and Klarna Ab.

When using Klarna Ab (”Klarna”) (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm, Sweden) as a payment method, Klarna will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Klarna will forward the payment to the merchant. In the Klarna Checkout service, the payment services include invoicing, payment in instalments, credit card and e-payment.
