Kepardi Company sells products to companies and individuals of legal age. These terms of delivery are applied to your ordering from our web store and to the deliveries as well.
We have the right to change these terms of delivery unilaterally from time to time so please go them through each time and before you order from our web store.
Kepardi Company shall not be liable for any delay, failure, damaged goods or any indirect or consequential loss that are caused by impediments beyond Kepardi Company's control. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the materials presented on Kepardi Company's site are owned by Anna Kesäniemi / Kepardi Company. Any unauthorized or unlawful downloading, copying or use is not allowed. All photos are copyright protected.
Products and prices
The characteristics and the prices of the products in our web store are presented in each product presentation. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products and delivery expenses so please check the above amounts in the shopping basket before you accept the order. The prices of the products include the value added tax (VAT) and you can see the amount of VAT in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation.
Ordering and contract
You can order the products in our web store by adding them in to your shopping basket and by accepting your order and by paying it in the payment cashier. When ordering in our web store we require you to read and accept our terms of delivery valid at the time of ordering. You must understand that your accepted order confirmed by us (except to the extent as the cancellation right below may be applied) is binding and will form together with these terms of delivery a contract between us. If the payment process is cancelled, the order is also cancelled automatically.
The customer is responsible for making sure that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. Making orders in the web shop requires that you provide us with a valid e-mail address. The customer will receive an Order confirmation by email when Kepardi Company has received the order. Always check that Order confirmation's information is correct. For paying your order you can choose any payment method for your shopping basket set in our web store.
Confirmation of order and payment
After your successful order we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail, so please make sure that you provide your e-mail address when making your order. In the order confirmation we also confirm your method of payment. In case, due to an unexpected circumstance, we cannot accept your order, we’ll inform you promptly.
We will deliver your order via the delivery method set in our web store and chosen by you when ordering.
Our typical delivery times are: Finland 2-5 working days, European Union 3-10 working days. Delivery times and delivery costs may vary for Custom-made products.
Delivery costs depend on the destination country and the method of delivery used. The amount of the delivery (postage & packaging) expenses will be added automatically to the total amount of your order and you can see the amount of the delivery expenses in your shopping basket before you place your order.

Please note that you bear the risk of damage or loss of the products you have ordered when the product has been delivered to you.
Kepardi Company reserves the right to change delivery terms at any time.
Methods of Payment / Payment Service Provider
The customer may pay his/her orders by using the methods of payment defined in the web shop. Kepardi Company reserves the right to exclude certain methods of payment at certain times, or propose to change the method of payment of a specific order, if the method chosen by the customer does not function for some reason.
The payment services offered in the web shop are provided by Klarna Ab (”Klarna”) (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm, Sweden). Klarna will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Klarna will forward the payment to the merchant. In the Klarna Checkout service, the payment services include invoicing, payment in instalments, credit card and e-payment. More information on these services and their terms are found www.klarna.com.

Inside EU, all product prices include 24% VAT. For countries outside EU, VAT is reduced from the price. Shipping cost will be added automatically in all orders. Kepardi Company reserves the right to change the prices.
For orders made from countries outside the EU, the sum to pay at the checkout will not include possible import customs. Please note that any import customs, if applicable, may have to be payed in the customer’s own country by the customer.
Right to cancel and return of the delivery
If you are a consumer you have the right to exchange and return your order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act by notifying your cancellation to us at the latest 14 days after you have received the goods, or the last lot of the delivery, or if it is a question of regular deliveries of goods at the latest 14 days after you have received the first shipment.
The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging and be well packaged for the return delivery. The right to cancel / return does not apply to custom-made products. If you wish to make a return or the product is incorrect, please contact us via e-mail to hello [at] kepardicompany.fi first and you will get more information.
Return costs shall be settled by the customer. The customer can choose the delivery method. In case the package will get lost during the return and there is tracking code and receipt of the return payment to show, Kepardi Company will take the responsibility of the package. If customer wants to change the product, he/she is responsible for the return costs. The new replacing product will be sent to the customer without delivery costs.
Packages which have not been picked up are not returns. If the package has not been picked up and is returned, Kepardi Company will charge 10 € of handling fees on top of the new shipping costs.
Inspection of the delivery, errors and problems
Please inspect the delivery received promptly upon receipt. If a product is missing or damaged during the transport or if the delivery is otherwise not as you have ordered or if there is defect in the product, please notify this to hello [at] kepardicompany.fi promptly and at the latest within 14 days so we can agree how to correct the situation. Regarding defects related to products ordered by consumers we adhere to the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection legislation.
Limitation of liability
Kepardi Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or other damage related to or arising from the order, delivery or the product, except to the extent as otherwise stipulated by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law or by the mandatory provisions of other applicable law.
In case of any dispute regarding your order we wish to settle such primarily with you. So please contact hello [at] kepardicompany.fi in such matters so we can try to settle the question.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service.
